Green Belt course

A Green Belt is a trained professional who is able to improve processes, using Lean and Six Sigma and does so on a part time basis next to his or her daily tasks. As a Green Belt you have an in depth  knowledge of Lean Six Sigma which you can apply in your daily work. Green Belts normally gather information and support the Black Belts to contribute to success of the project.

“Lean Six Sigma is the best current practice to create shareholder value and increase customer satisfaction” – M. George

Who is it for?

Everybody with the ambition to work on process improvement projects on a part-time basis. Lean Six Sigma is applicable in all kinds of industries as well as the government, SME’s and Healthcare. Previous Lean Six Sigma experience is not essential.

Practical Assignment

In many cases it will be required to demonstrate practical experience in the application of Lean Six Sigma tools. This project experience is often considered of great importance and is highly valued. We therefore recommend to follow up the theoretical Lean Six Sigma course with a Practical Assignment. The Practical Assignment consists of the execution of a Lean Six Sigma project throughout which you will receive 7,5 hours of coaching by a Master Black Belt from The Lean Six Sigma Company. Upon successful completion of your Practical Assignment you will be awarded the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate evidencing both theoretical knowledge of and practical experience in Lean Six Sigma on a Green Belt level.
